DOES THE WEDDING GARTER HAVE A RETAIL OUTLET

Not at this time, The Wedding Garter is an online only store, we do not have try on services or pick up's available. Please see Shipping & Delivery for more information time frames for delivery.

WHAT COUNTRY IS THE WEDDING GARTER BASED

The Wedding Garter is an Australian business, based on the Gold Coast. All items are shipped from Australia, we do not drop ship from other countries.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS FROM & WHERE ARE THEY MADE

Our Wedding Garters are made in Australia and made to order, Most of our other products are from either Europe or the USA, we pride ourselves and always endevour to sell designer high quality accessories and lingerie, of well known brands in the wedding industry.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER

Our main priority is to ship out our customer orders as quick as possible, please see below shipping and delivery guides. Due to high volumes of orders it can take time to receive your delivery, be assured we will always do our best to get your delivery to you ASAP, thank you for your patience and understanding. 

All wedding garter products are custom made to order items and require time to manufacture as set out below.

Standard Parcel Post - Is shipped with 2-5 business days of purchase.

Standard Express Post - Is shipped within 1-3 business days, please note orders placed after business hours, weekends or public holidays will be processed in normal business hours, please keep this this in mind when you are selecting postage.

All packages are sent via a trackable form of post, to ensure your order arrives safely.

After you order is dispatched - Parcel Post deliveries typically take 3-7 Business Days and Express Post is usaully 1-3 business days for delivery within local and city areas, regional deliveries and WA can take an additional 2-3 days.

ARE THE PHOTOS ONLINE OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS

Yes, each items is photographed of the actual style and we always endevour to display items as close to their natural state as possible in colour and style depiction.

IS THE PACKAGING DESCRETE

Yes, don't worry about nosey Neighbours, our postal packaging is very descrete - We ship all packages in a plain grey plastic mailer bag.

HOW DO I ADD MY FREE GIFT ITEM

When on offer, Free gift promotions are included with all orders over $150 AU, this does not include shipping charges. There is no need to add at the checkout, the gift will be automatically included on packing your order.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

Once you have found your new sexy item/s, simply select the colour, your size you require (where applicable) and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the CART link at the top right hand corner of the page. You can use the REMOVE PRODUCT link to delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on GO TO CHECKOUT to add your address detials, phone number, select your form of payment and complete your order. After your order is complete you should recieve a order confirmation to either your email or mobile phone number entered, please remember to check your junk mail if you do not see your order confirmation.

WHAT IF THE ITEM/S DON'T FIT OR NOT SUITABLE FOR ME

What if it you change your mind, it doesn't fit, you don't love the style or the product is faulty? Don't worry! We have a no hassle returns and exchange guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from The Wedding Garter.

If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, we will gladly exchange it for a different size or style or offer a store credit, it is your choice. Just fill out the returns form and ship it back to our returns address.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER

No, you can choose to checkout as guest, after proceeding to the checkout. However, it is easier to enter your details so you don’t have to repeat this step the next time you shopa and you can login to keep track of your proccessing or shipped orders.

Creating an account is easy and free, simply click on the Sign Up button to fill in your details or if you’re already an existing member simply login to your account.

If you have forgotten your password it is easy to reset. Simply, follow the Forgot Password link on the sign in page.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK OR ON BACKORDER

All items online are in stock and available to purchase unless “Sold Out” or "Backorder" is displayed. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order and made the payment at the checkout.

If an item is on backorder we will contact you to advise when you can likely expect your shipment to be sent out. If you decide at anytime to select another item in replace, please let us know ASAP.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER

The Wedding Garter offers the following forms of payment online - Credit Card, Paypal and Zip Pay. If you would like to pay via direct deposit please contact us via our email.


IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVATE

Your personal information is kept private and confidential with The Wedding Garter. To become a shopper and VIP customer, we will need to know your name and email address. If you wish to place an order online we require your billing and shipping address as well as a telephone number. If you have selected to accept marketing as an option when signing up with us, we will use your email address to send our current offers and news. If you no longer wish to receive marketing from us, you may choose to unsubscribe at any time.
